Warranty & Returns

What is the warranty period on products purchased?
We provide a six (6) month limited warranty guarantee on all products purchased from us (or as specified on the packaging), LED Flood lights have a 12 (twelve) month warranty guarantee. In the rare occasion a faulty item is received please contact us promptly via sales@ledadvantage.com.au. If the item is faulty due to improper use, physical damage, evidence of tampering and incorrect us we unfortunately will forfeit warranty on the product. If the item is faulty from manufacturer defect, please contact us at sales@ledadvantage.com.au with your order number as the subject line.

If the item has arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival), this must be identified within seven (7) days of receipt, customer is to contact us immediately. Goods are to be returned for an exchange at our (ledadvantage) costs, we will pay for the return charge (Australian Customers Only) - please contact us for more information about DOA items. International customers must pay all freight for returns. Any faults after the DOA period customers must return goods to us at their own cost.

What is our return policy?
Purchased an item that is not suitable for your application, do not fear, we accept exchanges. You must contact our team for a RMA (return merchandise authority). Please do not return without the RMA as it may be rejected. If the item being exchanged for is less than the item purchase, your account will be credited, or you can choose to purchase another item with the credit.

Items being returned must be packaged carefully and returned to our warehouse address in the RMA form. A prepaid satchel must be included for the exchange (this excludes if the item is faulty). If returning for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the team to finalize this. Please note that legally we do not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or find that the item is not suitable for your use. All items being returned for a refund will have a 10% restocking charge. Refunds apply to the cost of the goods only, we do not refund postage in any circumstance.

Do you provide refunds?
We provide refunds on manufacturer defected items. We refund on products if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description. Items being refunded must be returned in original packaging. Please note that we do not provided refunds for items that you simply change your mind on or find that after purchase it is not suitable for your use. All items being returned for a refund will have a 10% restocking charge.

Refunds are applicable to the costs of goods only. Under no circumstances will we refund postage charges (unless the item is faulty or incorrect item has been sent). If the item had free shipping, we will deduct our cost of postage from the refund amount. Example - Purchased item for $150 with free shipping, our cost to post item is $15, total refund will be $135. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for the refund to be processed.
