I have just sent an email, how long before i can expect a reply?
We pride ourselves on great customer service, during business hours 10-4pm (Monday to Friday) you should receive a reply by end of business. Emails after close of business will be replied to promptly the next business day.

Do you have a contact number?
Our direct line is (02) 8006 8802. This contact number is for questions regarding products only. All returns and refunds will require you to contact us via sales@ledadvantage.com.au to obtain a return merchandise authority number (RMA). We will not provide verbal agreements on refunds or exchanges.

Shipping & Postage
Is pickup available for purchases?
Most stock sold is in our Wetherill Park Warehouse, Australia ready for delivery only, all orders over $149.95 receive free shipping Australia Wide. Larger Items or higher costs items may have to be ordered from our local suppliers as per customers requests and may be able to be picked up from our warehouse by appointment only, payment for goods must be made in full if ordering non-held stock.

How can i determine how much postage is to my address?
Our online shopping cart allows you to quote how much freight will cost to your location. You will need to input your postcode and select your suburb, the shopping cart with then be able to quote you several freight options, you will not need to select which option you require at this stage, throughout the checkout process, you will be prompted to select which freight option you prefer.

How long before goods are posted?
Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.

Can i track my item?
All goods shipped will have a tracking number which will be emailed to you once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

How long before i can expect to receive the goods?
Depending on the postal service chosen and your location, goods can be expected to arrive within the next business day up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, transit times are completely out of our control.


Warranty & Returns

What is the warranty period on products purchased?
We provide a six (6) month limited warranty guarantee on all products purchased from us, LED Flood lights have a 12 (twelve) month warranty guarantee. In the rare occasion a faulty item is received please contact us promptly via sales@ledadvantage.com. If the item is faulty due to improper use, physical damage, evidence of tampering and incorrect us we unfortunately will forfeit warranty on the product. If the item is faulty from manufacturer defect, please contact us at sales@ledadvantage.com with your order number as the subject line.

If the item has arrived DOA (Dead on Arrival), this must be identified within seven (7) days of receipt, customer is to contact us immediately. Goods are to be returned for an exchange at our (ledadvantage) costs, we will pay for the return charge (Australian Customers Only) - please contact us for more information about DOA items. International customers must pay all freight for returns. Any faults after the DOA period customers must return goods to us at their own cost.

What is our return policy?
Purchased an item that is not suitable for your application, do not fear, we accept exchanges. You must contact our team for a RMA (return merchandise authority). Please do not return without the RMA as it may be rejected. If the item being exchanged for is less than the item purchase, your account will be credited

Items being returned must be packaged carefully and returned to our warehouse address in the RMA form. A prepaid satchel must be included for the exchange (this excludes if the item is faulty). If returning for a refund, please allow up to 10 business days for the team to finalize this. Please note that legally we do not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind or find that the item is not suitable for your use. All items being returned for a refund will have a 10% restocking charge. Refunds apply to the cost of the goods only, we do not refund postage in any circumstance.

Do you provide refunds?
We provide refunds on manufacturer defected items. We refund on products if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description. Items being refunded must be returned in original packaging. Please note that we do not provided refunds for items that you simply change your mind on or find that after purchase it is not suitable for your use. All items being returned for a refund will have a 10% restocking charge.

Refunds are applicable to the costs of goods only. Under no circumstances will we refund postage charges. If the item had free shipping, we will deduct our cost of postage from the refund amount. Example - Purchased item for $150 with free shipping, our cost to post item is $15, total refund will be $135. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt for the refund to be processed.
